2 months

Our little man turned two months old on the 13th!

Go Pirates! Dylan helped me cheer my team on during the Liberty Bowl. Too bad our kicker totally lost the game for us.

Asleep in the stroller. Walks just knock him out.

Yes, he yelled at Mommy for having his pants pulled up to his boobs.

Once again the poop ran out the back of the diaper. It's an everyday occurrence. We're between diaper sizes so they just don't work as well.

He's just rotten!

As of the 13th, Dylan weighs 12lbs 13 oz and is 23.4 inches long, he has probably hit the 13lb mark by now. He's in the 75th percentile for both height and weight, so he's growing great. He loves bath time, playing with his new toy named Ellie the elephant (a mobile we hanged above the changing table), and talking. He coos all the time now. It's the sweetest sound. Sometimes he'll wake me up in the middle of the night by letting out a big, loud "Ooooohhhhh!" And when I pop out of bed to get him, he's laying there smiling at me. It's the best.
He is sleeping well. As of this week, he seems to be growing out of his "bedtime freak out". (knock on wood!) Before, he would get really worked up around 8PM. Due to gas, being tired, and maybe a touch of colic, he just couldn't get settled down. But lately, he will eat and let me put him in bed by 10pm. I hope this pattern sticks around.

AWWWWW! He is cooing and smiling in his sleep right now!!! I'm glad he is having good dreams.

7 weeks

Dylan is 7 weeks old today. It feels like he has been around for years. We took these pictures today. He is getting really big. He has grown out of all 0-3 month clothes and he weighs over 12 lbs. He is starting to be a lot of fun. We get big smiles all the time.

Lately he has had a very stuffy nose. Babies don't breathe through the mouth, so seeing and hearing him suffocate for a few seconds as he tries to open the nose has been really stressful. I haven't had much sleep since Christmas.

Isn't he cute?!!!? We could eat him up!
